The Manufacturing process varies from company to company, this is because there are many different steps in every industry as they all have different needs.
Different companies in a country or even in various countries all have different needs. Some may work solely with raw materials, while others may need to products made from one company to begin their manufacturing process. For example, a flour mill will need the wheat to make flour and this flour is then used by the bakery to produce the different pastries and bread at the bakery.
Another example of the manufacturing process which involves more than one step of making their products are a lumber yard a carpenter and a furniture store. The lumber yard first needs acquire the lumber, by cutting down tress and using their trunks as the main materials. Next they take time to cut the wood carefully in special machines which give them a rough plain, after the wood is plained and cut into small strips it will now be ready for sale to the carpenter.
After the carpenter purchases the lumber the process of making the furniture begins. First, the wood must be fully dried, after it is dried it is then plained again by the carpenter in a special machine. When that process is done the carpenter proceeds to cut out his patterns for the furniture. He then has to purchase the materials from the hardware to spray the furniture. After the furniture is sprayed it is left to dry for a few hours then it is transported to the store, or the customer.
The manufacturing process can be a very tricky one, and thus sometimes it can be very complicated. All companies have different manufacturing processes which enable them to perform to the best of their abilities.
